GOAL 4: CONVERT to Digital Broadcast Equipment

A federal grant of $68,000 has moved us towards reaching our goal for digital equipment conversions (shown below). The remaining $137,000 for this goal must be matched by funds from local donors.

Old equipment (not shown) is:

        • Obsolete
        • Unreliable
        • Inefficient
        • Unsupported by manufacturers

New equipment (shown above) will:

        • Improve sound quality
        • Be consistent and reliable
        • Produce programs more efficiently
        • Increase Internet access of program archives
