No word from District Attorney Ron Moore following the recent request from Asheville city officials for information contained in an audit of its' Police Department Evidence Room.
Jon Elliston is investigations and open government editor with Carolina Public Press. The not-for profit on-line news service is one of five area media outlets, including WCQS that has filed a law suit to force release of the audit.
