One lucky winner will take home a 2012 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI with Clean Diesel Technology from Harmony Motors. The vehicle is a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen 2.0L TDI. The color is Candy White with Cornsilk Beige leather interior, includes 2.0L TDI Clean Diesel features, plus 17” Porto alloy wheels’ power tilting/sliding panoramic sunroof. The vehicle is valued at $29,430. Winner will be drawn at random and announced on air August 30,
The IRS now requires raffle winner to pay federal taxes on the raffle winnings at the time of the award. If the winner of the car is from NC, they will pay 3% state tax plus $65 for a vehicle registration to Harmony Motors.Grand prize winner will also pay 25% of MSRP minus cost of raffle ticket by certified check to WCQS for the IRS. There are three ways to enter.
- Go to https://secure.publicbroadcasting.net/wcqs-members/Raffle/form.pledgemain and complete the online entry form and pay entry fee with your credit card.
- Call WCQS at 828-210-4800 during regular business hours, M-F. Provide your entry information (name, address, telephone, email) over the phone along with credit card information.
- Mail completed entry form to WCQS, 73 Broadway, Asheville, NC 28801 with your payment for $50 per ticket. Entry forms may be obtained at the WCQS at 828-210-4800 or by downloading and printing the WCQS Raffle Entry Form at WCQS.org. Mailed entries must be received by WCQS no later than noon on August. 23, 2012.
