Listen for the Asheville Symphony Tuesday Morning and Thursday Evening
WCQS will broadcast the November 17th concert by the Asheville Symphony Orchestra Tuesday morning at 10 and Thursday evening at 8.
The Asheville Symphony is gearing up for its next Masterworks Concert Saturday evening at 8 in Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. In advance of that program, WCQS offers you two opportunities to enjoy the previous, November 17th concert, featuring an impressive performance by pianist Joyce Yang and the orchestra of Sergei Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. Also on the program, Bizet's L'Arlesienne Suite No. 1 and Beethoven's Symphony No. 4.
